Clarington’s New Water Tank

The new Water Tank for Clarington, Ohio is out for bids.  Preparation of the site has started.  The new water tank will replace the existing concrete reservoir that has been taken out of service.

Rotary Furnace Start-Up at Owls Head Alloys

The months of planning, design, and construction are rewarded by the testing of the equipment and starting the burner in the rotary furnace.


Retaining Wall at Living Water Baptist Church

Driving by the Living Water Baptist Church in Sardis, we are amazed by the appearance of the new retaining wall!  Swiss Valley Associates worked with Foster Supply on the design and Benchmark Construction built the wall. The retaining wall is a creative idea to develop additional space behind the building.  Thanks to all for a job well done!

Philadelphia Apostolic Christian Church Addition

SVA enjoyed the opportunity to assist with the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Drawings for the Philadelphia Apostolic Christian Church.  Cornerstone Design Architects did a nice job with the plans and are submitting for permits.

Fabrication of Molten Metal Troughs for Owls Head Alloys

New Martinsville Water and Sewer – Williams Run Force Main

Design and drawings for a force main to connect the sanitary sewer along Route 2 to the force main pumping to the WWTP were completed by Swiss Valley Associates.  The construction for the project is scheduled to start in August, and will alleviate some of the overflow conditions during large rain events.

Hannibal Pool and Tennis Complex Upgrades

The Monroe County Park District hired Swiss Valley Associates to design improvements for the Hannibal Swimming Pool Complex.  A schematic design and cost estimate will be completed to review with the Park Board.
