SWISS VALLEY ASSOCIATES IS CELEBRATING 20 YEARS!
Twenty years ago, 3 engineers/managers, William Brake, P.E., Ronald Palitto, and Dana Indermuhle P.E., founded SVA with a shared vision and goal to provide local world class engineering services to the tri-state area. Today they continue that vision and continually meet their goal with a team of 11 employees including mechanical, civil, and electrical engineers as well as a CAD drafting specialist and administrative team.
SVA’s dedication to finding a solution to complex engineering problems that work for all parties involved is what sets SVA apart from other engineering companies. They call their business model the 5-way win! Their focus and commitment to satisfy the needs of all involved on a project makes sure the needs of the client, the community, the contractors/vendors, SVA’s employees and the company are met in a most strategic way.
As well as their 5-way win business model, the team at SVA is passionate and dedicated to the vision the founders put forth for the company. They believe in “leadership, not management” which empowers each team member to strive to perform their best because they feel they are a valuable part of the team. At the core of everything that Swiss Valley Associates tries to accomplish is service to God, which leads to a “family first” philosophy in the office. Every team member, without hesitation, would positively say that they feel part of an invaluable team who encourages and supports one another in all aspects of life and struggles and along with the importance of family values makes SVA such a great place to work!
